A man in the waiting room - the background debate

Lately I have this (bad) habit to take photos of random people without them knowing, people I don't know and probably will never see again.
While waiting at the doctor's I took photos of some people there in the waiting room. This mosaic is of one of them.
After finishing the man, the sofa and the yellow part of the background I got stuck. I didn't know how to continue. I knew I wanted to divide the background to rectangular sections but couldn't make up my mind about the materials or colors. Here is my debate.

Finally I have decided on this:

  1. This is an amazing mosaic Irit. I think if I were the man in the waiting room I would be more than flattered that I was made into this masterpiece.

  2. I don't think it's a bad habit at all...I do it too! Last night I took a photo of our waitress at dinner & actually thought about you & this piece as I did! Another spectacular work. I love how you pulled it together. You continue to inspire me!

  3. I am in awe of how much life you bring to your mosaic.x
